About

Hi, I’m Meera Joshi,

 an HCPC-Registered Women’s Health Physiotherapist.

I specialise in helping women through pregnancy, birth recovery, and beyond. My mission is simple: to help mums feel strong, supported, and truly seen.

I started Mums Physiotherapy because I saw how often women were told to “just get on with it” — to ignore leaks, push through pain, or wait until things got worse. That’s not care. I believe you deserve better.

My Philosophy & Approach

Every mum’s body tells a story. Recovery isn’t about bouncing back — it’s about moving forward.

That’s why my approach is:

  • Gentle first, strong next — we begin with safety and confidence before intensity.
  • Trauma-aware — your pace matters, your comfort matters, and your story matters.
  • Whole-person care — I look after your body, but also your emotional wellbeing.

Because healing is not just physical. It’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal.

What Makes Mums Physio Different

  • Specialist care for mums only — I don’t treat everyone; I focus solely on women’s health.
  • Body + Mind support — my work combines physio expertise with emotional care, so you feel whole.
  • Flexible care — choose virtual or in-person sessions, whatever fits your season.
  • Evidence-based — every plan is rooted in research and adapted to you, not trends.

Find the Support That’s Right for You
