Led by Women’s Health & Postpartum Physiotherapist Meera Joshi, this carefully structured session includes:
- Evidence-informed, beginner-friendly postpartum Pilates
- Clear, practical postpartum recovery education
- An open Q&A in a relaxed and respectful space
- Nervous system–calming breathwork to close
This is not a fitness class. It is guided rehabilitation, education, and space to reset.
